Pointe Shoe Fitting Policy

• Customers need to make an appointment. Please call us at 803-399-1229.

• Customer must purchase a pair of pointe shoes the same day as their appointment, unless the fitter deems otherwise.

• Customer has 7 day from the date of purchase to have the pointe shoes approved by their teacher. Within that 7-day window, the customer may return/exchange the shoes for another pair. After the 7-day window, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

• Once a pair of pointe shoes has been sewn or used for class, they cannot be returned or exchanged; no exceptions.

• ​We will not hold a pair of pointe shoes for anyone. They must be purchased the same day as the fitting. 

​

• To be fitted at our establishment, the customer must be recommended for pointe shoe training/class by a teacher. No exceptions. We do not feel comfortable selling pointe shoes to someone without proper training.
